Terms of Service

These terms apply to Zombie Love AI at zombielovevideoai.com. By creating an account or using the studio, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit generation requests.

The current service

The studio requests short AI videos through Replicate and the model identified in the interface. The default workflow uses two authorized adult photo references, a choice of zombie role, and a scene template. Additional prompt details are optional, and text-only creation remains available. Current videos are 5-second scenes, not a multi-shot editing timeline or a complete longer story. Available settings, task costs, and service availability are shown before submission. Photo references are subject to model checks; support for an input does not guarantee acceptance or exact likeness.

Template previews are AI-generated still illustrations. They are creative references, not real video samples, guarantees of output quality, or representations of a completed user task. The service is independent and is not endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Bing, or Replicate.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be an adult able to agree to these terms in your location. Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials, and only use accounts you are authorized to access. Report suspected account misuse through support.

Photos, prompts, and acceptable use

Only submit material you have the right to use. For photo-based requests, you must have the agreement of both adults shown to use their photos for an AI-generated fictional scene. Do not submit photos of minors or use another person’s likeness without permission. Do not use the service to create unlawful material, exploit children, impersonate others deceptively, violate privacy, harass people, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Do not attempt to bypass moderation, access another account, manipulate credits, overload the service, or extract private credentials.

Treat generated zombie scenes as fiction. Use consenting adult photo references, or design original fictional adult characters in text-only mode. Do not present generated events as real recordings of the people shown. Generation requests are also subject to the provider's acceptable-use policy and applicable model restrictions. A request may be rejected when those restrictions apply.

Credits and task costs

A generation uses the credit amount shown for the selected settings. Check that amount before submitting. A new attempt is a separate task; a result that does not match your creative preference is not automatically the same as a technical failure.

Your account records show credit grants, usage, and adjustments. If a task fails or an entry appears incorrect, keep its task ID and contact support. We will investigate the recorded task and credit state. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts unless we explicitly provide that feature.

Pricing and payments

The pricing page describes one-time credit packs. Checkout remains unavailable until the required generation and payment services are configured. Displaying a pack does not complete a purchase or start a subscription, and the current service does not automatically bill your card.

When purchasing is available, the checkout must show the price, currency, credit amount, and any applicable conditions before you confirm. Current advertised packs do not expire. Any future changes to pack terms will be shown before purchase. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms; contact support about a payment problem or refund request.

Generated content and rights

You retain rights you already have in the material you submit. You permit us and the generation providers to process that material as necessary to fulfill your request and operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output may be similar to other content, contain errors, or lack legal protection in some jurisdictions. We do not promise uniqueness, copyright ownership, cleared third-party rights, or suitability for every commercial use. Review the model's applicable terms and the rights associated with your prompt and output before publishing or selling it. You are responsible for any music, branding, likenesses, or other content you add afterward.

Results, storage, and availability

Generation time and successful completion are not guaranteed. Models may reject reference photos, produce visual artifacts, change a person’s appearance, or fail to follow parts of a prompt. Photo references do not guarantee identical faces, clothing, body shape, or actions. Review a complete output before using or sharing it.

Result links may expire. Download content you want to keep when a download is available; the service is not a permanent archive. Maintenance, provider outages, capacity limits, or abuse controls can temporarily affect availability.

Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, account compromise, unlawful activity, or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. Some records may need to remain for security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements.

Responsibility and changes

Use the service with an understanding of its current limitations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated content will meet every intended use. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
