Privacy Policy
How Zombie Love AI handles account details, photo references, prompts, generated-video records, and support requests.
Last updated: 2026-10-15
This policy describes the current Zombie Love AI service at zombielovevideoai.com. It applies to visitors and account holders using our website, creative studio, and support tools.
Information used by the service
- Account and authentication: details you provide when registering, such as your name and email address, together with the authentication and session records needed to sign you in.
- Photo references: the two adult portraits you select for a photo-based request, together with your chosen character roles. Prepared photos are sent for processing only when you submit a generation.
- Generation tasks: your scene prompt, generation mode, selected model and settings, task identifiers, status, provider response details, result links, and related credit entries. Photo contents are not saved in the site task database.
- Account credits: grants, usage, adjustments, and the records needed to show your balance and investigate errors.
- Support: messages and information you choose to include in a support ticket.
- Technical and security information: request and error information used to operate the website and prevent abuse. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, and access logs.
The default workflow uses two authorized adult photo references; text-only creation is also available. Only submit photos you have the right to use with the agreement of the adults shown. Do not include children, identity documents, financial information, private medical details, or other sensitive material. Do not put passwords or credentials into prompts or tickets.
Why we use this information
We use it to authenticate accounts, process generation requests, show task history and credit balances, answer support requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access to operational records is limited to the people and services involved in providing or maintaining these functions.
Generation and hosting providers
When you explicitly submit a photo-based generation, the website forwards the two prepared JPEG images, the scene prompt, and selected generation settings to Replicate, which runs the chosen video model and returns task status and output information. A text-only request sends its prompt and settings without photo references. The website does not publish your uploaded photos in a public gallery. The relevant model provider may also process information as part of this request. Review Replicate's privacy policy and the terms associated with the model displayed in the studio.
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure. Cloudflare processes information needed to deliver and secure the service; see its privacy policy.
These providers may process information outside your country. Their retention and processing practices are governed by their applicable terms and arrangements with the service. We do not promise that every provider deletes every record immediately after generation.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses session cookies and browser preferences to keep you signed in and remember settings such as appearance or language. Studio text prompts and generation settings may be kept in browser session storage so a draft can survive account or checkout navigation.
Selected photos are held temporarily in memory in the current browser tab; their contents are not written to browser persistent storage. Reloading the page or closing the tab can require you to select them again. Choosing a photo does not by itself start generation or send it to Replicate.
Blocking essential cookies can prevent account features from working. You can manage cookies and browser storage through your browser.
Billing availability
The pricing page may display one-time credit packs. Purchasing is available only when the required generation and payment services are configured. When checkout is available, the payment provider handles the payment details on its checkout page. The site retains order, payment-status, and credit records needed to fulfill the purchase and handle support. Review the provider identified at checkout for its payment-data practices.
Retention and output links
Account, task, credit, and support records are retained to provide the service, resolve disputes, and maintain security or required records. A completed task record does not mean its video file is stored permanently. Provider output links can expire; download a result you want to keep when a download is available.
Treat generated-media links carefully. A person who obtains a direct provider link may be able to access its content. Do not use this service to store confidential material.
Your choices and requests
You can update available account details in settings and ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your account through support. We may need to verify account ownership. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements. Rights available to you depend on your location; nothing in this policy removes rights that apply under law.
Children and sensitive material
The service is intended for adults. Do not submit personal information about children or use the tool to generate exploitative material. If you believe a child has provided personal information, report it through support.
Changes and contact
We update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be described through the service when appropriate. For privacy questions and requests, use the support route on our contact page. Do not send account passwords or API keys.
